  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Services: SEO services are long-term, ongoing projects. Due to the nature of SEO and the time required to see significant results, no refunds will be offered for work completed. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may cancel future services without penalty, provided cancellation occurs before the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Website Creation Services: Refunds for website creation services are available under certain conditions. If you cancel the project before we begin working on the website, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, once the design or development process has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed.
  • Content Creation Services: For content creation, including blog posts, articles, and other written content, refunds will only be considered if the content delivered does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards. In such cases, we will revise the content as needed before considering any refund.
  • Social Media Marketing Services: Social media services involve strategic planning, content creation, and campaign execution. If you are unsatisfied with our social media marketing efforts, we will work with you to resolve issues. Refunds for these services will not be provided unless there has been a failure to deliver agreed-upon results over an extended period, as outlined in the service agreement.
  • Video Content Creation: Due to the significant investment of time and resources in video production, refunds will only be considered for video services if the project is canceled before any work begins. After pre-production or filming has commenced, no refunds will be offered. However, revisions may be made based on your feedback to ensure you are satisfied with the final product.

2. General Refund Conditions

2.1. Refund Requests

To initiate a refund request, you must contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the deliverables. Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your full name and business name
  • The service for which you are requesting a refund
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence (if applicable)

2.2. Assessment and Resolution

Once your refund request is submitted, we will review the situation and respond within 7 business days. Our team may request additional information or offer to resolve the issue by making revisions or improvements to the deliverable. In most cases, we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied before considering a refund.

2.3. Refund Amount

If a refund is granted, the amount will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed. Full refunds are only available if the project has not yet started or if no deliverables have been provided. Partial refunds may apply depending on the stage of the project.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable due to their nature or the extensive resources involved in their execution. These include but are not limited to:

  • Any form of completed custom design, development, or creative work
  • Monthly retainers for SEO, content marketing, or social media services once work has started
  • Paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) once the campaign has been launched, as ad spend is typically non-refundable
  • Consulting fees or strategy sessions that have already been conducted

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an ongoing service or project, please notify us at [email protected] at least 10 business days before the start of the next billing cycle or project milestone. Cancellations must be made in writing, and verbal cancellations will not be considered valid.

4.1. Cancellation of Ongoing Services

For services billed on a recurring basis (such as SEO or social media management), cancellations must be made before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period. Once the next billing cycle begins, you will be responsible for the full amount.

4.2. Cancellation of One-Time Projects

For one-time services (such as website creation or content production), cancellation requests received after work has begun will result in a prorated refund based on the amount of work completed.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving any issues directly with our clients. If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first to discuss a resolution before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in the suspension of services, termination of your account, and possible legal action.
